Spicy Nachos Grande Recipe


If you're serving a crowd that's hungry for a mouthwatering appetizer, serve these tasty nachos, loaded with seasoned ground beef and a creamy sauce.
Ingredients
1 lb.  ground beef
1 can  (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
1 can  (about 4 ounces) chopped green chiles, drained
1/2 cup  water
1 pkg.  (about 1.25 ounces) taco seasoning mix
5 cups  tortilla chips
1/2 cup  sour cream
1   medium tomato, chopped (about 1 cup)
Directions
1. Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until it's well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.
2. Stir the soup and chiles in a tiny bowl. Stir half the soup mixture, the water and taco seasoning mix in the skillet. Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.
3. Heat the remaining soup mixture in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring often.
4. Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and top with the beef mixture. Spoon the soup mixture over the beef mixture and tortilla chips. Top with the sour cream and tomato
