Pork ribs are one of the most popular meats to grill when summer hits. This molasses-flavored glaze is brushed on during grilling and passed at serving time.
1 cup tomato sauce
1 / 2 cup water
1 / 4 cup finely chopped onion
cider vinegar 1 / 4 cup wine vinegar or
1 / 4 cup molasses sweet
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons chili powder
2 cloves garlic, minced
2-1/2 to 3 pounds of pork ribs country style
Directions
1. For sauce, in a medium saucepan, combine tomato sauce, water, onion, vinegar, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, chile powder and garlic. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency, stirring frequently.
