German-style Fried Potatoes Recipe


This recipe I got from my German friend. The most impressive for me is, how to fry the potatoes as long as possible with few oil.

Ingredients:
- 200 grams potatoes, peeled, washed, diced
- 1 clove garlic, mashed, thinly sliced
- 1 / 2 onion, sliced box
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper / pepper to taste

Instruction:
- Heat the pan, put cooking oil
- Fried potatoes little by little until cooked and golden brown color
- Make an empty space in the middle of a skillet, saute garlic and onion until fragrant
- Stir to mix with potatoes
- Add salt and pepper, stir
- Break eggs over the potatoes, stir
- Cook until done
