Crown Roast of Pork

1. In a Dutch oven 4-quart, melt butter over medium heat. Cook celery, onion and mushrooms in butter for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.

2. Stir half of the croutons. Cook, stirring frequently, until soft and tender croutons. Add remaining ingredients and croutons. Stuff the turkey just before roasting. Or spoon the filling into the pan three quarters source ungreased 13x9-inch baking dish or glass cover and bake at 325 degrees F for 30 minutes, then uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
